CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book an appointment with MedSole, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

Please be advised that MedSole maintains an Appointment & Cancellation Policy. Missed appointments prevent us from providing care to other clients and represent a significant loss of clinical time; therefore, the following policy applies.​

We do not double-book appointments and make every effort to be fully prepared for your visit. In return, we kindly ask that you are available on time and honor your scheduled appointment. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer care to another client. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave a voicemail or contact us by email to avoid a cancellation fee.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent by email or text approximately 36 hours prior to your scheduled visit. Please note that failure to receive or review a reminder does not exempt an appointment from this policy, as appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. Lack of receipt of a reminder or confirmation does not nullify this policy.

Missed Appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full cost of the service as booked. A no-show, no-call, or missed appointment without the required notice is subject to this fee. Cancellation fees are not billable to insurance.

Late Arrivals

If you are not available until 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled at our discretion.

Repeated Missed Appointments

Repeated missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in termination of the provider–patient relationship.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illness or family emergencies may occur. In rare situations, discretion may be applied at the clinician’s judgment.
